From Central Boston:
Head north on the Central Artery from Boston (work over into the left lane), Route 93 bears left and continues North. Take exit 27, which is the first left and marked Tobin Bridge. Proceed on Route 1 North over the Tobin Bridge. Stay in the right-hand lane, just over mid-bridge you will take the first exit off the bridge to Chelsea (labeled East Boston, Chelsea Waterfront). At the stop sign, go straight to the first set of lights. Take a left onto Williams Street, follow Williams Street to the next traffic light and take a right onto Spruce Street.
Drive through the next set of lights and then take a right into the 4th driveway; you are now at 100 Everett Avenue (a shopping center will be on your left; the traffic light ahead is at the intersection of Spruce and Everett Avenue). You will see green awnings over the doorways; TABS is on the corner (nearest the intersection of Spruce & Everett Ave.) in Suite 9, on the second floor.
There is parking in the front and rear. If you park in the rear there is no pass through the building. You must walk around front and enter at our awning.
From North of Boston on I-93:
Follow I-93 South to Route 16 East (exit 31). Follow Route 16 for approximately 4 miles or so (you will pass through a rotary or two) until Everett Avenue (watch for the Kentucky Fried Chicken and a Chinese restaurant on your left). Take a right onto Everett Avenue to the second set of lights; this is Spruce Street. TABS is in the Patriot Office Park directly across Spruce Street to your right. The awning above the door reads 100 Everett Avenue, Suite 8 - 9. TABS is upstairs, Suite 9.

From North of Boston on I-95:
Take I-95 South to Route 1 South towards Boston. Take the Carter Street Exit, which is the last exit before the toll (Mystic River Tobin Bridge). At the bottom of the exit take a right to the traffic light. Take a left at this traffic light onto Everett Avenue. Drive one block to the next light and take a right onto Spruce Street (TABS is in the Patriot Office Park at the intersection of Everett Avenue & Spruce Street). Enter the first driveway on your left and you will see green awnings marked 100 Everett Avenue; we are in Suite 9, on the second floor.
